Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for an easy release.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and melted butter until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients:
