Description

This Strawberry Banana Pudding is a no-bake, creamy, and fruity delight! Layers of vanilla wafers, ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, and velvety pudding come together to create the ultimate comfort dessert. Perfect for potlucks, summer BBQs, or just because!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas, sliced

  • 1 lb ripe strawberries, sliced

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or generic)

  • 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafers

  • 4-6 strawberry wafer cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.

    • Stir in the sour cream and half of the whipped topping to make it extra creamy.

  2. Layer the Ingredients

    • Start with a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of a serving dish.

    • Add a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries on top.

    • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the fruit.

    • Repeat the layers again, finishing with a final layer of pudding.

  3. Final Touches

    • Top with the remaining whipped topping.

    • Sprinkle crushed strawberry wafer cookies for extra crunch.

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).

Notes

  • 🍌 To prevent bananas from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before layering.

  • 🍓 Swap strawberries for pineapple chunks for a tropical twist!

  • 🍫 Want a chocolatey version? Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla!

  • 🥄 Serve in individual mason jars for a cute, portable treat.
