Description
This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort food mash-up—creamy Alfredo meets cheesy bacon-loaded burger goodness in a single skillet dish that’s fast, indulgent, and weeknight-approved.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups penne pasta, cooked al dente
1 cup Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
Fill a large pot with salted water, bring to a boil, and cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7–9 minutes. Drain excess grease.
(Optional) Add diced onions while beef cooks for extra flavor.
Reduce heat to low and stir in Alfredo sauce until warmed through.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring until fully coated.
Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Top with crumbled bacon.
(Optional) Stir in chopped pickles for a tangy finish.
Serve hot.
Notes
Pickles add an unexpected zesty balance—don’t skip unless you must!
Turn it into a casserole by transferring to a baking dish, topping with more cheese, and broiling for 3–5 minutes.
Substitute penne with any short pasta like shells, rotini, or macaroni.
