Ingredients
-
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
-
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
-
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
-
½ cup ranch dressing
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley
-
Optional: sliced pickles or tomatoes
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
-
Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping bottoms intact. Place bottoms in the prepared dish.
-
Layer in order: shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, shredded cheese. Add optional pickles or tomatoes if desired.
-
Replace the top halves of buns. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over bun tops.
-
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden and gooey.
-
Slice and serve hot.
Notes
-
Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and less prep.
-
Add a dash of hot sauce to the ranch for a spicy kick.
-
For a low-carb version, skip the buns and serve in lettuce wraps.
