Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)

  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • Optional: sliced pickles or tomatoes


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.

  • Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping bottoms intact. Place bottoms in the prepared dish.

  • Layer in order: shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, shredded cheese. Add optional pickles or tomatoes if desired.

  • Replace the top halves of buns. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over bun tops.

  • Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden and gooey.

 

  • Slice and serve hot.
